1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Book and check all accounting transactions arising daily/monthly/yearly. Manage account receivable & accounts payable. Responsible for managing various reports by IFRS and VAS. Deal with external auditors, bankers, and other relevant parties. Develop and implement improvements within the accounting implementation procedures and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations.

2. Regulatory Compliance

Ensure full compliance with tax laws, accounting regulations, and securities industry requirements issued by MOF, SSC, and the Stock Exchange. Prepare and submit statutory reports, including tax filings (VAT, CIT, PIT), financial disclosures, and SSC reports.   Job requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field. Chief Accountant Certification required. CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.

Experience

At least 5–7 years of experience in accounting, with 3+ years in a supervisory or chief accountant role, preferably in a securities company, bank, or financial institution.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of VAS, tax laws, and capital market regulations. Experience in handling accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast, SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with SSC regulations, stock trading systems, and investor account structures. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills. • Đảm bảo, duy trì hệ thống công nghệ thông tin khối Văn phòng;
• Xác định, chẩn đoán và hỗ trợ người dùng các sự cố về máy tính, tư vấn nâng cấp hệ thống hoặc thiết bị thay thế;
• Thiết lập hệ thống mạng nội bộ cho công ty: Cấu hình modem, hệ thống wifi, switch, các thiết bị mạng;

In particular, this position provides trading capacity for the firm’s entire cash book across various fixed-income instruments. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Construct portfolio management strategies based on the analytic solutions of investment objectives and constraints - ALM, liquidity management, etc.
• Invest cash balances for the client accounts and the firm’s liquidity;

• Securities certificate (preferred);
• A training program covering business math and polishing the quantitative skills would be a great plus.

4. Other skills and knowledge

• Strong PC skills including a broad knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and other applicable software;
• Previous computer programming experience combined with familiarity with programming languages preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Thu thập, phân tích và định nghĩa yêu cầu nghiệp vụ trong lĩnh vực chứng khoán từ phía khách hàng/đối tác/nội bộ công ty;
• Nghiên cứu và phân tích thị trường chứng khoán, các sản phẩm đầu tư, quy trình giao dịch…;
• Phát triển ý tưởng sản phẩm đột phá (product breakthrough) trong lĩnh vực chứng khoán, tài chính, tích hợp AI để tạo ra trải nghiệm người dùng vượt trội;
• Tạo và quản lý hệ thống tài liệu chuyên ngành: SRS cho hệ thống giao dịch chứng khoán, AI algorithm specifications, compliance requirements, user journey cho các sản chứng khoán, tài chính;

AI & Innovation Focus

• Nghiên cứu và đề xuất ứng dụng AI/ML trong các sản phẩm chứng khoán: robo-advisory, algorithmic trading, market sentiment analysis, risk management;
• Phân tích dữ liệu thị trường và hành vi người dùng để đưa ra insights cho product innovation;

Securities Domain Expertise

Yêu cầu 

Domain Knowledge (Required)

• Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực chứng khoán/tài chính;
• Hiểu biết sâu về thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam: quy trình giao dịch, settlement, margin trading…;
• Nắm vững các quy định của SSC, luật chứng khoán và các yêu cầu tuân thủ;
• Kinh nghiệm với trading platforms, order management systems, market data systems;

AI & Technology Mindset

• Kinh nghiệm hoặc hiểu biết về AI/ML applications trong fintech: recommendation systems, algorithmic trading, robo-advisory là một lợi thế;
• Product breakthrough mindset: khả năng think outside the box, đưa ra innovative solutions;
• Hiểu biết về data analytics, user behavior analysis và product metrics;
• Kinh nghiệm với A/B testing, user research và product experimentation;

Technical & Soft Skills
