What you will do

You will be leading our well-rounded team to design, build and grow the most innovative products of Finhay, which aim to make financial services friendly and accessible to every Vietnamese.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• To initiate new products, features, directions – to realise our vision of bringing the stock market and other financial services more accessible to Vietnamese people. You will receive input and advice from our very best experts in finance and technology – but you will be the one to get it all started.
• To build, facilitate, and lead the product teams to achieve the growth targets.
• To be in charge of the return on investment of the projects.
• To fully empower the Agile/Lean product development life-cycle – which includes carrying out experiments, analysing data and collecting valuable learnings along the way.

What you are good at

• You should have at least 5 years of experience in managing project/product teams.
• You should have an extensive understanding of the Lean Startup strategy and Agile/Scrum development.
• You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. You enjoy talking to people, inspiring, coaching, leading, growing them.
• You have experience working with Fintech products.
• You have a great understanding of usability and best user experience practices.
• Having knowledge of the stock market and other financial investment markets will be an advantage.
